installation steps #7

For all connectors, move Installer steps before manual steps, and
point to the location int support site for download. We need to emphasize
that the installer is the default one; the manual steps are for users who
would want to make code changes, create custom ones etc.

The same kind of message would apply to CM doc - there should be clear
indication that if they are using google provided connectors and use the
installer, they don't have to manually install CM.
