Eliminate need for MySites URL? #77

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a connector with 2.0.0 without installing the Google Services
2. Enter all values for all necessary fields
3. The Mysite URL needs to be mentioned explicitly

The connector should try and autodiscover the Mysite URL

Installing the Google services can be one way. Is there any other way?
