Settings dialog

design a settings dialog:

- Account
  - user name, password
  - remember first, both, none
  - mail
    - check frequency
  - reader
    - check frequency

- Alert
  - layout
    - transparency
    - position (top center bottom | left center right)
    - background color, text color, frame color?
  - action
    - sound
    - growl [message format: "You have %count% new %type%" ]
    - additional action (open browser, command) [i.e. c:\appname\app.exe -%count%]

- General
  - start with system
  - show popup shortcut (i.e. hit f12 to show actual counters)
