- add check for updates to tray menu

- in the settings/general:
   -  check for updates on launch (checkbox) + check now (button+swirl)

- check should fetch a file with version (manifest?) from svn(?)

- also add current version to the app somewhere (about?)

- there should also be one & always valid link to the newest version (release 
folder in svn?)
