"If ..., then ..." fails to parse

Expect to see at least one complete parse of 
"If paid weekly, bring the last six pay stubs."
with, or without the comma.

above example couldn't parse with "bring", which needed an Op link.

More generally, "If ..., then ..." parsing is broken:
"If it is broken, then remove it."
"If broken, then remove."
"If paid weekly, then bring stubs."
