Split NConsoler.cs into its various classes, one per file #1

It's generally a good idea to have multiple smaller files rather than one
750-some lines of code file with multiple classes in it.

For one thing, it makes much easier to discover the various components and
the relationships...

It is easy to use NConsoler as a source for small command-line utilites when it 
is in
one .cs-file. Just copy one file to your project. But we will think out how to 
split
this file into many and combine them into single file for release
