The browse dialog is not coming : Error:: element.outerHeight is not a function #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
jquery.ocupload-1.1.2.js , XP firefox 3.0.2

Please provide any additional information below.
 It showing the following error if I saw the ErrorConsole
Error: element.outerHeight is not a function

I came out of this issue, I got this I am using a jquery.js file which does not 
have
this outerHeight.. and I downloaded this and the prob.  was solved.
