Resizing of pools with only one lane #368

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create pool
2. Add lane
3. Unselect lane

What is the expected output?
It must be possible to resize the pool horizontally and vertically, as the
lane cannot be selected any more.
Attention: Vertical resizing of pools should only be allowed if only one
lane is contained!

What do you see instead?
The pool/lane cannot be resized vertically.
