Installation to Turkish locale SQL

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Setup SQL server with Turkish locale, case independent
2. try to clean install Rainbow 2.0
3. Newsletter Desktop module will not install

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Successfully installed.
Seen: ..\DesktopModules\Newsletter_install.sql : column cannot be 
found 'EMAIL'

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Rainbow 2.0
Windows Server 2003 R2
SQL Server 2005 - Turkish Locale

Please provide any additional information below.

Issue can be solved by replacing one occurence of 'EMAIL' in 
newsletter_install.sql with 'email'. This is necessary even if the SQL 
installation is case sensitive.
