Database tools does not use connectionstring from web.config #49

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in as administrator
2. From admin menu choose Database Tools

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I get: Cannot open database "Rainbow" requested by the login. The login 
failed. Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE'. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RAINBOW_RUNNING_VERSION 2.0.0.1881 
on Vista x64, SQL Server 2005

Please provide any additional information below.

Database tool works fine after you add a connection string from the module 
properties.

The issue title would suggest and enhancement.

Haha some of these issues were fixed but not reported.  I have narrowed down 
the list 
to 31 open issues.  I am going to go through and fix these myself.  Hopefully 
some devs 
will follow suit as there still is not a solid C# portal out there ( open 
source mind 
you).
