Copying/moving nested folders/files is incorrect #118

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select a folder with other folders and files
2. Copy/move the folder to another directory
3. Notice that folders and files are not created correctly

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Folders and files should be nested correctly
