- Middle-click to close tabs
- Mouse wheel to rotate between tabs
- Ctrl-tab to rotate between tabs

Started work on this. Look here for closing with the middle mouse button:

Should be
able to add other functionality in the same place.

I couldn't figure out how to use the mousewheel to rotate among the tabs, but 
that
was low on the priority list. Now ctrl-tab rotates tabs, ctrl-w and a middle 
mouse
click closes the tab, ctrl-t and double clicking opens a new tab. And a decent
right-click menu is presented as well. Done as of r528.
