This would prevent the need for ILMerge. Could use folder
structure/namespace instead.

The code has been moved as of r253. However, the settings file still needs to 
be updated.

Old projects that were merged got deleted in r254.

Settings updated in r296. Still need to do clean up when loading settings for 
the
first time. Get rid of ilmerge and its references in post_build.bat.

Post_build batch script updated to reflect current assembly structure in r334.
ILMerge is still used to squeeze Common into the executable.
