SpeedTracer for Chrome Not Found/Downloadable

Provide a description of the buggy behavior observed:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click the Download Button Here: 
https://developers.google.com/web-toolkit/speedtracer/get-started#downloading
2. (It currently points here: 
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ognampngfcbddbfemdapefohjiobgbdl )
3. When you attempt this, you get the following 404 Page error from Chrome Web 
Store: 
"An error occurred: Item not found. This item may have been removed by its 
author"

Give a description of the behavior you expected to see.

The version of Speed Tracer (check the chrome://extensions url)
>>>Couldn't get that far...

The build of Chrome you are using (check the About Chrome dialog)
>>>Version 40.0.2214.93 m (Currently up to date)
