cannot drag and drop on multiple monitor machines #114

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install on dual monitor PC
2. launch
3. cannot move note to new location on screen

What is the expected behavior? What do you see instead?

Work-around: Double-clicking the title bar of a sticky allows the (rolled-up) 
sticky
to be moved between monitors.
