Canceling a comment edit causes the comment to be deleted

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a comment with something and click OK
2. Edit the comment and click Cancel

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The comment should stay as it was before edit but it gets deleted.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.5 on Win7

Please provide any additional information below.
