Possibility to draw relations between already existing rows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Import MyISAM table (no constraints)
2. Try to draw relations between already existing rows

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is not possible to achieve this goal.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Doesn't matter.
