JDBC does not return correct information whether to quote the value or not. #4

Problem:

With regards to the text fields, when connecting via JDBC, 
RazorSQL would ask the driver whether or not a column needs wrapped in 
quotes for instance.  The driver does not appear to be giving the 
correct information in this case. 

Need examples to reproduce the problem:
