many duplicate videos in feed #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Reinstall Youtube feed and restart computer.
2.Login, (I also change personal setting so that polling interval = 5 min
it receives 20 feeda and shows 50 with both friends and Subscriptions show and 
only Uploaded Videos shown.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should see only one version of each video but I see many 5,10,20+.  Also when 
I click the x to not show the video then when I open the app again I see many 
of that video again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

 youtube feed v1.3.4.1  on Windows 7 Home premium with SP1 all up-to-date

Please provide any additional information below.

This started yesterday (08/21/2013) morning and have not changed since.

I have noticed that when I close chrome and reopen it then I only have 1 extra 
of each video, but then as time goes on with chrome open then it begin to look 
more like capture1.
