Does not work for YT accounts linked to new G+ pages #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sign in to the extension with a Google account for which YouTube is managed 
by G+
2. Extension displays "There are no feed items" message.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The sign in flow should show the Google account selector and then the delegate 
account selector (AKA channel picker), if applicable. The second step is 
missing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.3.4 Mac OS X 10.8.4

Please provide any additional information below.
It seems to work for YT accounts that were linked to G+ a while back. I think 
this only affects YT accounts that are linked to G+ accounts created through 
the prompt recently rolled out on youtube.com. Screenshot of that prompt is 
attached.
