Submit with enter doesn't work in Firefox if no submit button is shown #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?
0. Launch Firefox
1. Create an inline editor with a select popup menu without submit button
2. activate the editor
3. try to submit the select with enter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should submit, but it doesn't.

Please provide any additional information below.

Patch included that fixes this.
