making a large Web Form ( like a IRS 1040) with jquery-in-place-editor

hi;

thanks for sharing your code with us. Im trying to make a form with many 
fields that take input from user and updates the db and puts back the new 
value from the db inside the holder. 

I have use php to call the jquery function with different values , but It 
does not up date the  db not the screen . I think it is a caching issue. 
here is the code im using a feeding it with different "element each time  ( 
may be the whole thing should be done in jquery . any help will be 
appreciated.
