I get two different results using when I run the METABOLIC-G on the same genome. #161

This happens only with one assembly.

Here is the same assembly showing more complete cycle

METABOLIC_result.xlsx Here is an excel file for three copies of the same assembly. It seems in one of the copies the genes are not detected or annotated?
