Sulfur oxidation - dsrAB definition #35

Hello, First, thanks for METABOLIC, the tool looks really promising! I have a question about the MN-score function definition S-S-03:Sulfur oxidation - dsrAB. Are these only oxidative dsrAB (reverse dsr) or does it look for all dsrAB? If it is only oxidative shouldn't there be also reductive version under the sulfite reduction and if it looks for all shouldn't it be labeled differently? Am I missing something?

Hi Michal, Many thanks. In the current version, this S-S-03 only stands for all dsrAB, and we assigned it as sulfur oxidation. What you mentioned is truly suggestive. For separating dsrAB and reverse dsrAB, we will implement something in the later versions.
