Hello,

Since your manuscript indicated the VIBRANT could recover both phages & archaeal viruses, I was wondering where I can find the information on if the identified viral scaffolds being bacteriophages or archaeal viruses?

Hi,

Although VIBRANT can identify archaeal viruses it does not classify anything that it identifies besides lytic vs lysogenic.
