NCLDVs shown separate ? #59

Hi ! Vibriant is really nice, im enjoying it. I was wondering if NCLDV (Nucleocytoplasmic large DNA Viruses) are counted within the phage contigs report and if they maybe in a separate output the way that Virsorter2 does it.

Hi,

NCLDVs will be considered just like all other viruses. VIBRANT is not suitable for eukaryotic viruses, but I have seen success with NCLDVs. Just be cautious that some may be missed as they aren't the intended scope of the tool.
