Does lots of N in viral bins affect the outcome of VIBRANT? #65

What I tried was that the viral bins obtained by vRhyme were connected with a large number of N bases and then entered into VIRBANT for annotation. When the nucleic acid sequence is input, does the presence of these uncertain Ns affect the results of VIBRANT?

It may slightly impact how Prodigal predicts proteins, but the overall results of VIBRANT will not be effected.
