Prodigal custom path #68

The tool is working perfectly on my own computer. However, since I want to process many files, I want to run it on our university server as well. Unfortunately, I cannot install Prodigal in the default $PATH, but I can install it in another folder. However, now VIBRANT throws an error that "VIBRANT Error: Prodigal is not installed or not in $PATH. Please install Prodigal or add to $PATH". Is it possible to change the location of where VIBRANT expects Prodigal to be?

Do you have access to use export to update your PATH? You can add the path to Prodigal to your system PATH.
