Hi everyone, when I ran the test data yesterday, everything was fine. But when I run my own data, I get this error: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/public/home/02_vRhyme_outdir/vRhyme_best_bins_fasta_CheckV_result/CheckV_quality_summary.txt'. So I checked the results of each directory, and I found that there was a problem with the vRhyme process: the faa and ffn formats of the input files were not generated.
So I ran 'prodigal' and generated 'out.faa' and 'out.ffn', and re-ran 'vRhyme', and just like I thought, vRhyme ran normally and generated the correct results. So I'm guessing it's the process of generating 'faa' and 'ffn' except the problem, so how to solve it?
