How to prepare coverage_values.tsv file? #22

Hi,

Thanks for the excellent tool! I have identified viral contigs from all samples and compiled them. Then, how to prepare coverage_values.tsv file? Can coverM https://github.com/wwood/CoverM achieve this goal? If ok, choose which calculation methods of coverage (-m option)?

Hi, vRhyme has built in functionality to do this. I am not sure how coverM generates coverage.
