Add localization to the tooltip-porcentage-mode fields with the Spanish translation #1090

The translation is a little bit longer than the English text, so it looks a little bit off:

I can put a different shorter translation without the 'tooltip' word like "Porcentaje en el tooltip de like/dislike." which means "Percentage in like/dislike tooltip." if that's ok.
