I think current codebase is not maintainable due to code duplication for each browser. It’s good to make deep refactor of this extension

Ways to implement this!

We can:

• write code using typescript
• use tools like webpack to build extensions for each platform from one codebase
• start using eslint, prettier, commit hooks and other tools for code keep codebase consistent
