I just stumbled upon this very interesting extension project and thought that maybe it could add another layer of "user sentiment" to the dislike ratio as it could take into account people that do not have "Return YouTube Dislike" installed:

Ways to implement this!

Unfortunately I am not the original author nor do I know enough (if anything) regarding the code behind either projects, I simply wanted to bring this idea to your attention.
