What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start WebGoat
2. Open Authentication Flaws -> Password Strength

Lesson refers to unavailable external site.
(https://www.cnlab.ch/codecheck )

AR:
The data from this site should be used to pass the lesson.
Impossible to do it, only through the solutions.

ER:
The external site is available. for ex 
http://password-checker.online-domain-tools.com/
The logic of the lesson is changed due to another "good" answers.
the site to use, is typed into lesson plan.

environment: 
Win7 + FF
