Lasso enable/disable workstations #149

I like to make banks of work stations and rather than remove jobs on them to control resource usage, I like to enable disable the work stations. Being able to enable/disable works stations with a box selection (like forbid allow items) would be helpful.

I understand the idea. I'm not sure how to resolve it elegantly.

I mean, yes, I can lasso select factories (idk with ctrl + lasso, I guess. I don't think this modifier is used yet) and have a list-type menu for the sole purpose of enabling/disabling them, but it feels like a lot just to toggle them on/off.

I'll have to thing it through.
