automatically reset/lose private room if it becomes incomplete (destroyed)

if something happens/destroy to the private bedroom (fire, explosion etc.) and it is no longer capable of providing required bonus it should automatically become vacant similar as with people leaving on expeditions instead of settler being stuck with incomplete/destroyed bedroom
