Problems with roboto font in cyrillic. #246

If you'll type "Щ" and "»" in Roboto Book (Book Italic), you'll discover, 
that those symbols have problems.
This font is used in Android 4.0, so I think that this problem must be fixed.
In attached file you can see it by yourself (screenshot from google fonts)
