Sintony 400 not being served, only 700 #271

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load Sintony font from Google Fonts
2. Compare 400 and 700 weights

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
SINTONY font is serving bold weight for both available weights (400,700), 
instead both show as 700.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Safari 7/OSX 10.9
Firefox 25/OSX 10.9

Please provide any additional information below.
The lighter font needs to be fixed, it was working correctly yesterday. See 
attached image
