Rock Salt not working in IE11 #296

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open www.reversewinesnob.com in IE11
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see Rock Salt font as in Chrome and Firefox browsers (and older 
versions of IE).

www.reversewinensnob.com is hosted through Blogger using a custom domain.

Please provide any additional information below.
See attached screen shots, first in Chrome for what the page should look like 
and then in IE11.
