Bug: when running `version` command without proper kubectl config #39

What happened When trying to run version command without kubectl configuration kube-commander exits with error:

$ kube-commander
Error: CreateFile C:\Users\anato/.kube/config: The system cannot find the path specified

Expected behavior kube-commander version is shown
