In this PR:

• Adding functionality to identify missing nodes using node_alias.json file
• The additional codes are in:
  • properties/int.py
  • routing/init.py in __feature_properties_from_node function
    • in the future this should be modified by using connectivity_terms as suggested

Note:

• flatmap-knowledge in this PR is https://github.com/napakalas/flatmap-knowledge/releases/download/v0.16.3/flatmapknowledge-1.6.3-py3-none-any.whl. This should be modified with the compatible one.

Please: 1) Merge your code into the current HEAD of v1.6 (this has all of the npo branch). 2) Review how the existing (connectivity terms) alias mechanism works and use it, generalising code as necessary (maybe it could be renamed to say anatomical aliases but this is final tidying when everything else works). 3) Only referenced released versions of flatmap-knowledge (and map-knowledge) in pyproject.toml (meaning those on AnatomicMaps). (For local development use the develop=true option when needed).
