Add a filter to show and hide paths with missing nodes and complete nodes. The mechanism is just the same as SCKAN filter.

@napakalas thanks for the PR, but I'm developing generic methods to control feature visibility and styling based on arbitrary properties. The intent is to replace all specific filters (path type, Sckan validity, taxon, node completeness, etc) and any future ones for new properties with a general mechanism (which will also handle 3D paths), so I'm closing this.
