Release v2.2.10 of the viewer shows faint triangular markers, as seen here -- all is well with release v2.2.9.

This is in fact due to mapmaker creating a geometric element for the SVG group that has the nodes. Closing this in favour of AnatomicMaps/flatmap-maker#38.
