Wasn't the intent to query NPO to get the set of all neuron paths and then render each one? In which case why is the manifest specifying the paths?

What about having the value of neuronConnectivity being say NPO to mean "all neuron paths in NPO"?

"neuronConnectivity": "NPO",

with the possibility of later extending to a URL pointing to a specific version of NPO??
