Using sckan release on github as a data source using neurondm

This PR

• Utilise neurondm to retrieve knowledge from TTL files.
• Switched from using the NpoSparql class to accessing knowledge through the Npo class, which utilises neurondm.
• The NpoSparql class remains for now; however, if the use of neurondm is fully approved, it will be removed.
