anavi-thermometer.md: Fix voltage of the power supply #7

The power supply should supply 5V, not 12V as was said in two places.

Hi @cederlys,

I did "copy&paste" of several paragraph from ANAVI Light Controller because of the similarities between the two boards an as often happens this approach leads to bugs :) Thank you for fixing them.
