Add login system #2

Some parts of the site will be public--the score averages for example. Some parts should only be accessible to admins--right now that can be anyone with a login.

This can be a separate issue but the public should only be able to see the SpiritScoreSheet#averages pages.

I don't think making any of the site public is a good idea but I need to split up regular users and admins.
