Add database backups #8

I'm extremely paranoid about the site going down in the middle of a game or some thing. With my limited Devops skills, I'm not confident in my ability to bring it back up in reasonable time. Therefore it would be a good idea to create a CSV of all the tables used during a game so that in an emergency I can upload it to Google drive and we can use that instead as a back up.

Back ups should include all teams and their scores, including spirit scores.

I guess instead of a CSV it could also just be a sequel back up, because I could load it into my laptop and load whatever I needed into google drive from there I guess.
