Bug: unable to set a hotkey with Win key #13

While a hotkey Ctrl + Shift + m works without issues, a hotkey Win + Alt + m cannot be set (I'm using version 0.0.7).

@dwettstein This project uses Shortcut module Shortcut module can't assign shortcuts with win key. Unfortunately I don't know how to fix it.

I'm using PowerToys to remap winkey to vk252 (unknown), so I can use it by itself without opening that pesky start menu. It might help you too, as there is shortcut remapping.
