Add key hold functionality. #20

Also add ToolStripMenuItem to toggle this new functionality.

This is a pretty rough implementation. Had to make it wait a whole 1 second, to avoid a repetition bug. The toolstrip menu item checkmark for me looks off; I implemented it by code only, so maybe that's why.
